Because many of our products are personalized and made-to-order, our return and refund policy is slightly different from standard retail items. Please review the information below.

Returns

Due to the customized nature of many of our products, personalized items cannot usually be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team at service@favni.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product showing the problem

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Different from what you ordered

Please contact us as soon as possible.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item

  • A partial or full refund

  • Store credit

We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at service@favni.com as soon as possible.

Because many items are custom-made, orders may enter production quickly. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items generally cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Items made according to customer specifications

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Please carefully review your personalization details before placing your order.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds
